Life coaching is a partnership relationship that is formed between the Coach and the Client, where the Coach inspires the individual to see within themselves their success, and how they can discover and maximize their full potential. Coaching is a support system where both the Coach and the Client assess where the Client is now, and identifies strategies to reach the Client’s desired outcomes.
Life coaches are not counselors, and due to training and graduating from an accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) program, I have the knowledge and ethics to recognize when a counselor is required for an issue versus a life Coach. Trained coaches deal in the present, and not in the past. We look to now to make the necessary changes to improve your future.
